Tell us about the property
About two minutes. Your itemized quote comes back by email within 24 hours.
Itemized written quote within 24 hours, valid 30 days. No obligation, and no sales call. Want to see how pricing works first? Read our pricing page.
What happens after you send the form?
Three steps, and you have the price in writing before anyone arrives at your property.
You send the address
Tell us which surfaces need attention and anything unusual about access. Photos of problem areas help but are not required, and no one has to visit before you see a number.
An itemized quote arrives within 24 hours
Each service is listed separately with its method, so you can see what is included and drop anything you do not want. The quote stays valid for 30 days.
You approve, then we schedule
Nothing is booked until you say yes in writing. Standard residential work needs no deposit, and payment is due on completion, after you have walked the property.
What should you include so the first number is the final one?
These are the details that move the price. Put them on the form and the quote you receive is the price on the invoice.
- The full street address, including the city.
- Which surfaces need cleaning: siding, driveway, patio, walkways, gutters, windows or roof.
- How many stories the house has, if you know.
- Access at the property: locked gates, slopes, narrow side yards, a long carry from the street, and whether there is a working outdoor spigot.
- Roughly when the surfaces were last cleaned.
- For rentals, HOAs and portfolios, every address. One written quote covers all of them.
Where do we quote?
Lake Oswego, the Portland metro, Corvallis, Albany and Eugene are all quoted the same way. There is no zone pricing between neighborhoods and no travel line on the invoice.
Who reads your request?
Westview Services is an owner-operated exterior cleaning company in Lake Oswego, Oregon, founded in 2022 and run by Chris. Your request goes to the business that does the work, not to a lead broker. The business is insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for HOA boards and property managers who need one on file.
Questions about the quote
Yes, and there is no obligation. You review the pricing at your own pace and book only if and when you want to.
Quotes arrive by email and stay there. There are no follow-up calls and no sales sequence.
Within 24 hours of sending the form, by email, with each service itemized.
For larger properties and historic buildings we arrange a short site visit before the price is final, because the method has to be decided on the building itself.
30 days from the date it is issued, and the price is locked for that window.
Recurring and multi-property clients can have annual pricing fixed in writing, so there is no need to re-quote every visit.
Not for standard residential work. Payment is due on completion, once you have walked the property and are satisfied.
Credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, check and cash are all accepted.
No. The price on the quote is the price on the invoice.
If something turns up that the quote did not cover, work stops and we talk to you before anything else happens.
Yes. Several services on one visit cost less per service than separate visits, because setup, equipment and the scheduled slot are shared.
List every address on the form and one written quote covers all of them.
Chris returns within seven days and makes it right at no charge, in every city we serve.
There is no claim form. If a surface is not cleaned to your standard, say so and it gets redone.
